Cuba Arte

Cuba Arte is a new project of Arte de Cubanos.
We aim to provide all intersted with information about the cultural scene in Cuba by posting RSS feeds from Cuban websites on culture. The system chosen limits us to those sites that provide a “clean” RSS feed that we can parse. Some Cuban sites do not offer RSS feed. Others have “flawed” feeds we can not parse. We are constantly trying to improve our “sweeper”, but certain limitations remain.
Our system automatically posts the content (text and images) from the RSS feed we parse to posts in this WordPress blog. All posts identify their source and provide a link to the orginal site. In some cases this is the only place where the full article can be seen. These links remain valid as long as the origibnal website keeps the articles up at that URL. We have no control over this part of the cycle.
